Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and fulfill them satisfactorily. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we’d like to meet you.
- Operate as a coordinator for customers, from on-boarding through the entire customer life cycle.
- Handle and Manage customer/client queries and escalations.
- Run and maintain customer retention campaigns; Follow-up and engage with customers regularly.
- Plan and make sure client feedback and requirements are catered to by the team smoothly.
- Work per customer/client care budget and maintain monthly quota as established.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of Client/Customer Relationship/Account Management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, especially writing skills.
- The drive and energy to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude, passion for customer satisfaction and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent time management and leadership skills.
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office and some CRM software.
