Who are we looking for:

Healthpole is looking to expand its team in Pune. We are currently looking for a creative Graphic Designer with the knowledge to interpret our marketing needs and design solutions with high visual impact.

You will work on a variety of projects which will include creating the company’s brand identity, branding collaterals, social media creatives and illustrations to be used across all the company’s mobile applications and web-based platform along with UI projects for our products.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, comparative analysis, competitor analysis, and use tools like Business Model Canvas, SWOT analysis, etc to determine the feasibility of the project.
• Understand our user’s persona and conduct user research, user interviews, and empathy mapping.
• Run brainstorming sessions using card sorting and affinity diagrams.
• Use user journey map, user flow diagrams to create information architecture and wireframes.
• Conduct UI research and work on the ‘Look and Feel’ aspect of the product including iconography, illustrations, and animations.
• Create a design system based on the finalized UI guidelines.
• Work directly with the founder during the design stage and then communicate workflows between the Product Owner, Product Manager, Software Developers, and Test Engineers.
• Perform UX/UI reviews for projects in active development to ensure they adhere to design specifications.
• Conduct usability testing and A/B testing of the product post-deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Des or M.Des in a relevant stream is a must.
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
• Mastery over Adobe XD and Figma is a must.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, & Illustrator is desired but not mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Native Android design patterns, Material Design, and responsive web design standards.
• Good understanding of typography, iconography, color theory, latest UI trends.
• Good understanding of fundamental design principles and usability heuristics.
